 “I was especially impressed with the front office staff. The lady was very kind and concerned. She brought my papers to me to sign so that I did not have to walk up to the counter twice. Her name is Darlene. The Dr. was especially caring. When all my test came back negative his didn’t just go with that and send me home. He gave me what I needed to be comfortable because it was a viral illness. He did not throw antibiotics at me and send me home. Great place." Betty M.

“Though we went in 10 mins before closing time. We are very welcomed and they spent 20 -30 mins to do testing in their labs and all of them helped a lot. We were given prompt response then and then. Doctor was so pleasant and helpful. Nurses are awesome. They supported a lot and directed us to the next immediate step which actually cured my kid. “I was so impressed. Came in 15 minutes before closing on a Friday night and couldn’t have been taken care of better! My child was sick and they listened to him carefully and took time to make sure he was fully checked out and went home knowing how to care for him for the weekend.  “As you can see by my previous answers, the Urgent Care Clinic here in Knoxville is the very best!! Professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, thorough and obviously a very caring staff. We have been to the clinic three times within the past 6 months and definitely grateful for the staff and the convenience of seeing doctors without going through hours spent in an ER room at a local hospital. This is the second time we have seen Dr. Congress and oh my, she is wonderful! Do not recall the name of the doctor that treated the cut on my husband’s scalp but he too was very good along with the various nurses that we had on all three visits. “This visit was so perfect. My daughter got glass stuck in her foot and we came to get it removed. From the time I walked in until we left, everyone we came in contact with was warm, caring, and very knowledgeable. My daughter was so scared and they all cared very much about easing her mind and making sure she was comfortable. That meant so much to me. I was impressed that the doctor prescribed medicine and he gave me generic over the counter medicine that I could get at the pharmacy I was going to get my prescription.
